Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations and play a key role in developing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and assisting in policy development.

Responsibilities 

• Recruitment and Onboarding: 

o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding. 

o Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for critical positions. 

o Develop resources to support employees throughout their journey with the company. 

 

• Employee Relations: 

o Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and issues, ensuring quick and fair resolutions. o Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. 

 

• Compliance & Policy Implementation: 

o Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. 

o Review and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes effectively to employees. 

 

• Employee Engagement: 

o Develop and implement monthly employee engagement programs, recognition schemes, and events that foster a positive workplace culture. 

 

• HR Analytics & Reporting: 

o Maintain HR records and compile monthly and quarterly HR metrics to assist in data-driven decision-making. 

o Track key metrics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement levels, and provide insights for continuous improvement. 

 

• IT Infrastructure and Asset Management 

o Oversee IT Asset Management processes to track, procure, and maintain assets in collaboration with vendors. 

o Coordinate with IT Support & Service Desk to resolve employee technical issues promptly and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 

 

Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in startups or a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in Advanced MS-Office Suite 

• Flexible in work timings with go getter approach.
